This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our programs and services.
Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs. By making a payment or enrolling in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Principles
Our Commitment: We strive to deliver exceptional value through our coaching programs. If you are not satisfied with our services, we want to work with you to address your concerns. However, refunds are subject to the specific terms outlined in this policy based on the timing of your cancellation and the type of service purchased.
Key principles of our refund policy:
- Refund eligibility is primarily determined by the timing of your cancellation request
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval
- Administrative or processing fees may be deducted from refunds where applicable
- Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis
2. Refund Timeline and Rates
2.1 Standard Programs and Courses
For our multi-session programs, group courses, and workshops, the following refund schedule applies based on when you submit your cancellation request relative to the program start date:

*Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances with proper documentation.
2.2 Individual Coaching Sessions
For one-on-one coaching sessions purchased individually or as part of a package:
- Single Session Cancellations:
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or reschedule with €30 fee
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund, session forfeited
- No-show: No refund, session forfeited
- Session Packages:
- Unused sessions may be refunded if cancelled before the first session starts
- Once the first session is completed, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions only
- A 20% administrative fee applies to package cancellations after the first session
2.3 Intensive Workshops and Weekend Programs
For intensive 2-day workshops and weekend programs:
- 21+ days before workshop: 100% refund minus €50 administrative fee
- 14-20 days before workshop: 75% refund
- 7-13 days before workshop: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before workshop: No refund, but may transfer to future workshop (subject to availability and €100 transfer fee)
2.4 Corporate Programs
Corporate training programs have customized terms based on the scope and scale of services. Refund terms are specified in individual corporate service agreements. Generally:
- Deposit payments are non-refundable once program design begins
- Cancellations made 30+ days before program delivery may receive partial refunds as specified in the contract
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before delivery are generally non-refundable
- Rescheduling options are available subject to instructor availability and scheduling fees
3. Non-Refundable Items and Services
Please Note: The following items and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Consultation Fees: Initial consultation or assessment session fees
- Digital Materials: Downloadable resources, e-books, or digital course materials once accessed
- Completed Services: Any sessions or services that have already been delivered
- Promotional Discounts: Special promotional rates or discounted packages (may have different cancellation terms)
- Third-Party Costs: Any third-party fees, venue costs, or materials purchased on your behalf
- Certification Fees: Fees paid for certification processing or credentials
- Administrative Fees: Enrollment fees, booking fees, or other administrative charges
4. How to Request a Refund
4.1 Submission Process
To request a refund, you must:

- Your full name and contact information
- Program or service name and enrollment date
- Payment confirmation number or receipt
- Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
- Preferred refund method
- Allow up to 5 business days for review and response
4.2 Required Documentation
For refund requests based on special circumstances (medical emergencies, family emergencies, etc.), you may be required to provide supporting documentation such as:
- Medical certificates or doctor's notes
- Death certificates (for family emergencies)
- Employer letters (for work-related relocations)
- Other relevant official documentation
We handle all documentation with strict confidentiality and use it solely for verification purposes.
4.3 Processing Timeline
- Review Period: We will review your refund request within 5 business days
- Notification: You will receive written confirmation of approval or denial
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days
- Receipt: Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
5. Transferring Enrollments
5.1 Transfer to Another Program
As an alternative to cancellation and refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a different program or future date:
- Transfers requested 14+ days before program start: No fee
- Transfers requested 7-13 days before program start: €50 transfer fee
- Transfers requested less than 7 days before program start: €100 transfer fee
- Transfers must be to a program of equal or greater value
- If transferring to a lower-value program, the difference is non-refundable
- Transfers are subject to availability
- Each enrollment may be transferred only once
5.2 Transfer to Another Person
You may transfer your enrollment to another person under the following conditions:
- Transfer must be requested at least 7 days before program start
- A €75 administrative fee applies
- The new participant must meet all program eligibility requirements
- Both parties must sign a transfer agreement
- No refunds are available for transferred enrollments
6. Company-Initiated Cancellations
6.1 Full Refund Scenarios
If we cancel a program or service for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Insufficient enrollment numbers
- Instructor illness or unavailability
- Venue issues or technical problems
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
You will be entitled to:
- Option 1: Full refund of all fees paid, processed within 14 business days
- Option 2: Credit toward a future program of equal or greater value
- Option 3: Transfer to an alternative program currently available
6.2 Schedule Changes
If we need to change the schedule, format, or delivery method of a program:
- We will notify you as soon as possible, typically at least 7 days in advance
- Minor changes (time adjustments of less than 2 hours) do not qualify for refunds
- Major changes (date changes, format changes from in-person to online, etc.) entitle you to a full refund if the changes do not work for you
- You must notify us within 48 hours of schedule change notification to request a refund
7. Special Circumstances and Exceptions
7.1 Medical Emergencies
In case of serious illness or medical emergency that prevents you from participating:
- Submit a doctor's note or medical certificate
- We may offer a full refund or transfer to a future program (case-by-case basis)
- Request must be made within 7 days of the medical event
7.2 Family Emergencies
For family emergencies such as death of an immediate family member:
- Provide appropriate documentation (death certificate, etc.)
- Full refund or transfer may be granted at our discretion
- Request must be made within reasonable timeframe
7.3 Unsatisfactory Service
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our services:
- Contact us immediately to discuss your concerns
- We will work to address issues through alternative instructors, additional sessions, or other remedies
- Partial refunds may be considered if we cannot resolve the issue
- Refund decisions for quality concerns are at our sole discretion
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Important: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate termination of services and forfeiture of access to all materials and future sessions.
If you have a payment dispute:

- We will work in good faith to resolve any legitimate billing errors
- Allow at least 5 business days for investigation and response
- Only initiate chargebacks as a last resort after attempting direct resolution
If a chargeback is filed against us that we successfully dispute:
- You may be responsible for chargeback fees and administrative costs
- Your account may be suspended or terminated
- You may be prohibited from future enrollment
9. Partial Completion and Pro-Rata Refunds
9.1 Multi-Session Programs
If you wish to discontinue a multi-session program after it has begun:
- No refunds are available for sessions already completed
- Refunds for unused sessions may be calculated on a pro-rata basis
- A 20% administrative fee will be deducted from any pro-rata refund
- The program must have at least 50% of sessions remaining to qualify
- Request must be submitted in writing before the next scheduled session
9.2 Calculation Example
Example calculation for an 8-session program costing €520:
- Per-session value: €520 ÷ 8 = €65 per session
- If you completed 3 sessions and cancel: 5 sessions remaining × €65 = €325
- Less 20% administrative fee: €325 - €65 = €260
- Total refund: €260
10. Refund Methods
Refunds are processed using the following methods:
10.1 Original Payment Method
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card (5-10 business days to appear)
- Bank Transfer: Refunded to the originating bank account (3-7 business days)
- PayPal or Other Payment Processors: Refunded through the same processor (timeline varies)
10.2 Alternative Methods
If the original payment method is no longer available:
- Bank transfer to an account you specify
- Company check (may take 14-21 business days for processing and delivery)
- Credit toward future services (immediate application)
10.3 Currency and Conversion
- Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment (Euros)
- If currency conversion is required, the exchange rate at the time of refund processing applies
- You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank
11. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice:
- The session is considered completed and forfeited
- No refund or makeup session will be provided
- For package holders, the session will be deducted from your remaining sessions
- Repeated no-shows may result in termination of service without refund
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency that prevents attendance:
- Contact us as soon as possible, even if it's after the scheduled session time
- Provide explanation and documentation if available
- We may offer a one-time courtesy makeup session at our discretion
